Access-to-information requests for administrative documents
The person in charge of access to information processes access-to-information requests at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest. They oversee access to the institution’s documents and ensure that personal information is disclosed only to persons authorized by law.
In accordance with the law, an access request can be submitted:
- In writing or verbally for administrative documents;
- Only in writing for personal information.
Any decision made by the person in charge of access to information is subject to review by the Commission d’accès à l’information.
