Are you dissatisfied with care or services you received? Did you know you can voice your opinion to the head of the department concerned or to the head nurse on the unit where you were treated? This step often leads to a solution that is satisfactory for everyone involved.
However, if you are still not satisfied after this first step, you may exercise your right to file a complaint at any time with the local service quality and complaints commissioner.
