Do you or your child have limitations related to a physical disability (PD)? Do they cause you significant problems in your daily life and affect your inclusion or participation in public life?
In most cases, the doctor or professional assigned to the file will refer you to the ID-ASD-PD access desk at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest, which will analyze your needs and refer you to the appropriate services.
These could include one of the specialized programs for motor impairment, language impairment, hearing impairment, school and community integration, or driving, or a medical clinic specialized in degenerative diseases or chronic pain, or even the physical disability intensive functional rehabilitation unit (PD-IFRU) .

- Assistive devices program (PATCom)
- Technical aids service (TAS) - positioning and mobility
- Daily living aids program at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest
