October 4, 2023 - Due to an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases, CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre is once again making it mandatory for staff, users and caregivers to wear masks in Local points of service. 

 

COVID-19 testing: Rapid tests for COVID-19 are available free of charge from our 2 local points of service. To order more than 250 tests, please write to this address before coming: comm.vacc.depistage.cisssmc16@ssss.gouv.qc.ca.

Priority clientele can be tested for COVID-19 at local points of service by appointment. Find out more.

Description

The Travel health clinic team's mission is to provide immunization services, travel health advice and basic vaccinations for customers wishing to update their immunization records, or obtain vaccinations based on their particular medical condition or age (such as the shingles vaccine, pneumonia vaccine or human papillomavirus vaccine).

Description

Adults aged 18 and over are vaccinated at local points of services and some CLSCs, according to a variable schedule and by appointment only, by calling 450 466-6084. Vaccination records are evaluated and updated as needed. (e.g. rabies, tetanus, pneumococcus, hepatitis A and B, etc.).

Shingles vaccination
People aged 80 and over and immunocompromised people aged 18 and over can be vaccinated free of charge against shingles. Find out more.

Pneumococcal vaccination
Vaccination against pneumococcal disease is recommended and free of charge for people at greater risk of complications. Find out more.
