When should you call Info-Social?
- You’re feeling anxious or stressed
- You’re worried about a friend or a family member
- You’re having family or relationship problems
- You’re going through a bereavement
- You have questions about worrisome behaviours

The CLSCs have teams standing by to help you quickly. They will assess your situation and refer you to the appropriate services or resources in your community. These services are available for children, teenagers, and adults.

- Problems with your partner, family, or friends
- Crisis situations
- Problems adjusting or fitting in socially
